REFUNDS

ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT WE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SCHEDULE A CORRECTIVE SERVICE FREE OF CHARGE. THE SERVICE MUST BE A MISTAKE FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER… NOT SOMETHING YOU MIGHT HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND (AFTER THE SERVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED). YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO CONTACT THE SALON TO RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE TO ADJUST ANY DISSATISFACTION. CORRECTIVE SERVICES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED 7 DAYS PAST I NITIAL SERVICE DATE. I T IS IMPORTANT YOU CONTACT THE SALON AS SOON AS YOU ARE UNHAPPY SO WE CAN SCHEDULE YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR A CORRECTIVE SERVICE. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, USING BOX COLOR OR GOING FROM DARKER TO LIGHTER TONES MAY RESULT IN MORE THAN ONE SERVICE TO ACHIEVE YOUR DESIRED RESULT

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of other clients, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior the appointment. If an appointment is re-scheduled 2 individual times you will be unable to make any further appointments or be asked to pre pay any appointments. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours prior will result in a charge of 50% of your original appointment .

NO-SHOW

In order to respect the time of your stylist, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a full service charge and serviced on a pre pay only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge

HAIR EXTENSIONS

Every appointment wil require a non-refundable booking fee. This will go towards the final balance of your service(s). Any appointments for a half head fitting will require a full payment and you will then have nothing left to pay on the day of your appointment. If you do not arrive for your appointment or cancel/re-schedule within 72 hours of the start of your appointment, your deposit will be retained by the salon. sp’lf you know you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can re-schedule your appointment, transferring your booking fee where we can.(Please note, hair extension booking fees will not be refunded in the case of cancellation)

HEAD LICE
